The game contains:

• 176 test cards: 88 cards for him, 88 cards for her
• 1 game board
• 2 farmers
• 2 dice

• 1 hourglass

Game Rules: First, choose the drink each player will consume during the game. The game consists of 88 cards for each player, divided into 4 different colors according to the intensity of the tests, which must be used according to the color sequence on the game board. The man uses the cards labeled "MAN SILHOUETTE" and the woman uses the cards labeled "MRS. SILHOUETTE".

Once the test indicated on the chosen card is completed, the card must be placed at the bottom of the deck. The various items included with the game must be used if the test requires it. During the game, and in all tests where articles of clothing are removed, these are always chosen by the opponent and must be visible items of clothing (e.g., it is not permissible to choose underwear if the trousers or skirt have not been previously removed).

If you land on the box with the picture of a glass, you must take a sip of your drink, kiss your partner, and immediately draw a card to proceed to the next test. If a player forgets to kiss their partner and the other player reminds them, the player who landed in the box loses an article of clothing previously chosen by their rival. If both players land on the same space, they must kiss immediately, but the last player to do so loses an article of clothing, always chosen by their partner.

On cards where XXX appears, the hourglass (60 seconds) must be used to time the indicated test. Once everything is ready, the hourglass is turned over and the test begins. To enter the Kamasutra position spaces, an exact number on the die is not required. Once one player has reached these spaces, they can simply wait for the other player to arrive and begin together.

In the boxes depicting the Kama Sutra positions (divided into two columns), each player must perform their assigned position. The drawing shows the sexual position each player must assume to make love with their partner. Each position must be performed within the time limit of the hourglass. Once the time runs out, each player rolls the dice again to perform the next position. The player who decides to continue after the time is up, or who reaches orgasm first, is the loser.

Game start: Both players roll the die, and whoever rolls the highest number goes first. In case of a tie, the first player to remove an article of clothing goes first. The starting player moves forward the number of spaces indicated by the die, beginning with the starting space marked by an arrow, and moves clockwise.
