Each set contains four 30g balls (gold) and two 40g balls (blue), which can be combined thanks to the silicone connection to create individual training routines.

2. Apply a water-based lubricant before use.

Step 1: Empty your bladder before inserting the balls into your vagina. Step 2: Insert one ball at a time. They are inserted similarly to vaginal tampons. If you have difficulty inserting them, raise one leg or lie down. Hold the silicone bead outside your body so the ball can be removed. Step 3: To keep the balls in your vagina, tense your leg muscles and then your PC muscles. See diagram below. Step 4: Kegel balls should be left in the vagina for at least 15 minutes a day to strengthen the PC muscles. For better results, it is recommended to leave them in for longer periods.

Use tips

Always start with the smallest ball and train for 15 minutes. You can add 5 minutes per day until you reach 30 minutes per session.

Suggested training plan

• • Week 1 – 1 golden ball of 30 g
• • Week 2 – 1 blue ball weighing 40 g
• • Weeks 3 and 4 – Combine 2 30g gold balls
• • Weeks 5 and 6 – Combine 1 30g Gold Ball with 1 40g Blue Ball
• • Weeks 7 and 8 – Combine 2 40-Gold Balls
