Gently cleanse the area to remove body oil and skin residue. Do not apply moisturizers, creams, or other skincare products near the area before using the nipple shields, as this will reduce their adhesion.

Apply the covers to one side of each nipple. When positioning them, ensure the nipple is centered within the nipple shield. Gently press the nipple shield onto the skin to achieve the desired result.
